Marketing CoordinatorPart-time. Year-round.
Wholly or Mainly Tele-commute. The Marketing Coordinator (MC) contractor will develop and carry out an annual marketing plan in collaboration with the Curator and marketing team, and for supervising marketing, digital content, and festival week imagery. The MC works with the Curator and marketing team on a wide range of marketing areas: print and digital marketing; expense tracking; marketing infrastructure; spreadsheets and tracking; point of contact for marketing team; and other elements related to marketing. Largely a telecommute position, the MC is on-site in Provincetown, MA (housing provided) for the festival in September and possible a weekend in May, as agreed on between the General Manager and MC. The ideal candidate is either a student or alum of a graduate program and/or someone with marketing experience who is seeking a part-time marketing role. |
Ad Sales AssociatePart-time. Seasonal.
Mainly Tele-commute. The Ad Sales Associate (ASA) contractor serves as the primary salesperson for festival catalog ad sales, with a focus on continuing the connections to existing advertisers and fostering relationships with new prospective advertisers, relaying the benefits of exposure and community that the festival brings. Largely a telecommute position, the ASA will occasionally need to be on-site in Provincetown, MA (housing provided) for a few nights each visit through spring and summer (schedule as agreed on between ASA and General Manager). The ideal candidate is a people-person, has a sales background, with ad sales experience a plus. |
Catalog CoordinatorPart-time. Seasonal.
Wholly Tele-commute. The Catalogue Coordinator (CC) contractor takes on the role of project manager for the Festival catalogue (annual magazine), serving as the primary point of contact and communication between the design team and the artistic and communications teams. The CC works with the General Manager and Curator to project manage the Festival catalogue in areas of: administration; image, text, design, sponsorship, and ad file tracking and follow-up; page plan; catalogue production oversight; deadline reminders and tracking; catalogue revision communication between departments; final catalogue review with designer; timely catalogue printing and distribution; and other elements related to Festival catalogue production. The CC is wholly a tele-commute position. The ideal candidate is either a current graduate student or someone seeking a part-time, contained project. |
